How do you go about doing this to the rear boot lid? any body done this what would need to be done and is it road legal/mot safe?

welded on extensions on the side and smoothed in and the numberplate recess welded over and smoothed, not hard for a bodyshop and perfectly legal if the numberplate is relocated and has a light and that enough of the lights are visible!

welded plates, just like a badboy bonnet.

all lights have to visable tho well the shine at least i think

same as badboy... cut out metal templates and weld them on

any good bodyshop shud be able to do it

yEH mine has passed MOTS no prob. although i relocated brake lights to bottom of cluster and put fogs at top.
