I'm an i.t engineer at the moment and money isn't to bad but i could do with more, i've been approached by a member of the warehouse who i work along side of, by his manager that there is a job going for warehouse and it's 3k more than i'm on.. yeah thats 3k more but... i have no chance of progressing in a warehouse. But where i am now i can but it's going to take time and time, what should i do?

Sounds like you've already made your mind up
I would stay, if your looking at a good salary in a few years (more than the 3k more) then s t a y
But if you want the extra 3k, and want to be on that for however long then stay but remember - that wont rise (unless it does?)

on a sensible note, i would have a chat with the man who offered you the job.
And tell him, although hes offered you more money, you feel it wont increase to as much as what it will if you stay.
Its better to be at the bottom of a ladder you can climb, than half way up one you cant.
