Cant get a loan or overdraft till your 18. And even then you might still get declined

Certainly not enough to buy a car lol!
It owuld have a limit as to how far it would allow u to go before they charge u, as u wont have an overdraft till your 18. Normally its only about £10 or £20

if you dont have an overdraft and you go overdrawn you will get charged alot! they let you off the odd 20 quid but anymore and be prepared will also damaged your credit rating if you get charged

if your 17 and have a solo then you'll get charged for any amount you go overdrawn.
I once went £3 overdrawn when they knew I had money going in the next day and they charged me £25.

I used to work for Halifax as as far as I know it dont affect your credit rating it just affects the way the bank itself will give u loans, overdrafts etc. They will have there own score for how u manage your account. So if you keep going overdrawn they wont give u a loan etc as ud be seen as unreliable and not able to manage your money.
Everytime u go overdrawn you get charged not just the odd £20 here and there.
