Can be a range of a few but i think the 737 is the most common for trips like that.

went on a 737 to tenerife and came back on 1 with no probs

I've been on a 737 and 747 so many times i can't even keep count, must be well into my 50's now !
Never had a problem apart from delay's and turbulance, this is fairly normal now anyway.
As they say, when your time is up it's up (fate)
Just be thankful so far that no crashes have been to our holiday destinations really, Greece, Spain etc

As Greg says, when your time's up, it's up, no point delaying the inevitable. If people thought like this, may as well not go out of our houses then for fear of being run over by cars/buses, shot at or knifed by people, etc. etc.

I'm never getting on a plane again after the last time.
So dangerous, I hate the fact my fate is out of my hands and my life depends on a couple of engines screwed to some flexible wings.
I will drive to destinations from now on.

Ollie you think the same as me but unfortunatley it takes to long to drive
Im learning to fly and then ill take myself there, i will fly at around 10,000 feet so i can always see the ground, i will have a parachute incase i need to jump and i will also have a life jacket and rubber dingy incase i land into water.
That will be fine

A Cessna would be the most appropriate option as i could then depart from Southend-On-Sea

Fair enough when my time is up it's up, but I wouldn't wan't to spend the last few moments of my life looking at the terrified look on my girlfriend's face as we hurtle towards the floor at god knows what speed.
At least with car crashes it's all fairly instant and you don't know what's going on.
As for plane's being 'dangerous', do me a favor. You're more likely to have a car crash or win the lottery than be involved in a plane crash.

Yes but if you have a car crash chances are you will walk away from it, no fcuking chance of walking away from a engine failure at 36,000 ft and the whole plane explodes.
Fcuk that, never ever getting on a plane again.

The reassuring thing about flying a single engine aircraft is if you pass over water the law forces you to wear a lifejacket anyway
