Whats the law with three wheel cars etc.

Say for intstance if Vaux were to launcha three wheeled car who could drive it.

Would it need to have ABS, and other saftey features or would it be more like a motorcysle?

Do you think anybody would buy one if it was cheap and stylish??

i think a motercycle as the ROBIN RELIENT can be driven on a moped lecience IIRC

Was thinking more about the two wheels at the front one at the rear (Morgan style) set up! rather than a Robin
