Just wondering if anyone here has had to have one replaced

if so what kinda money did it set ya back?

Check your insurance policy most have a replacement scheme and you only have to pay like a £50 excess. You can use this usually as many times as needs be without it affecting your premium/no claims in the future

if not through insurance (usuallly only FC) few hundred depending on type of screen. tint etc at top and that...

I have windscreen cover in TPFT from the AA apparently... Wait and see what happens if I need to claim first before |I can confirm that

I was qouted £110 fitted, but knocked him down to 80 over the phone

Came to my house and did it in about 10 mins

:O i have free windscreen cover with admiral, so your saying that It wont effect my claims if i claim on it? Because i have a foot long crack in mine.. and really need it sorted before it blows in on a motorway! ^.^

No windscreen claims unless specified will not affect your no claims, you just pay the excess each time. Admiral might say you can have only so many claims for this per year or it could be like mine and be unlimited.
