right, have done 45mins CV each day (except sunday)
then 30+ mins of weights (alternating between chest, back, arms, legs)
plus 50-100 situps every other day

have noticed a difference already.. am a lot fitter than i was (dont get out of breath as fast)
my arms & legs seem tighter
have lost 6lbs

am lovin it...

gonna keep this up for good now.. i did go out on the last on sat night...
and ate some crap over the weekend (burgers/pizza) but durin the week i am eating very very well.. a lot more fruit and veg and my general intake of food has gone down.. i am no longer going back for seconds/thirds

am dead chuffed

good stuff m8 keep it going, inital changes to your physique happen relatively quickly, after a while it will slow down and you will have to work harder to get the same results.

Regarding losing 6lbs its feasible that a lot of that was water.

but good stuff and keep it up marine

Wish I had the motivation to do something like that! Go on holiday at the end of the week so no point starting now, I'll probably forget when I come back off holiday

15% would be VERY lean for your size. What are you at the moment?

You do realise it's counter productive to do CV and Resistance training (weights) on the same day?
