yes, i recently met with chumbly warner and when he shut the doors it cut out all noise and the lack of vibration was amazing

Nope, but wear gloves!

Deffinately worth it, but you have to be prepared to spend a lot on it. Around where my sub is located in the spare wheel well I have 2 layers, then everywhere else in the boot I have one layer. On my doors inner skin I have one layer, around where the speakers are located I have 2 layers. On the outer skin of the door you need 1 sheet.

Also make sure you seal the paint and waxy oil any exposed areras before you put it down as it traps moisture and induces rust
