I am doing my employers share save plan this month. £55 a month (share at 75p) for 3 years so I get a garanteed £2k ish back in 3 years but if the share price goes up i get wahtever percentage it does on my end 'dividend' so if the share price goes up to £3.00 (which is unlikely) I get £8k
