took my nova for a tune up tonight but the guy said my fuel pump was too powerful so need another new pump. currently have a redtop facet pump with filter king but its around 7 psi and i need 3.5psi for the carbs but anyway he set it up best he could and he wanted to check the fuel pressure higher up the revs so he putting it on the rollers. its running 190bhp so is this about right for my setup?. what i was told it had... bored out to near a 2.1, head work, twin 48s, oversized manifold, no cat with stainless system with centre section and back box, kent cams and vernier pulleys. What i know its got is oversized manifold with no cat and stainless system, twin 48s, verniers and kent cams. The guy said with decent management i would get over 200bhp but i would rather get throttle bodies than just management. Running a cav 1.6 distributer setup

oh on the way home it died when i hit 100mph due to lack of fuel so which is what he said it might do with him regulating it so much but a new pump should stop that. have had to turn the fuel up a bit the now to get home but it wont idle like it is because of this
