Getting a credit card with 0% finance so I can buy all the bits I want for my car then pay it off over the next few months without having to pay interest, if thats how it works.

I always vowed not to get a credit car but I'm getting impatient now and want to go on a spending spree......

Yes I could. I see it as instead of saving the £50 a week (which is probably the amount I would save) I could buy the stuff now and use that £50 a week to pay credit card off.......

Just do it and get yourself on the slippery slope towards ringing Norton Finance and consolidating all your debts into one small payment over 65years.

Im sure the car will be worth it

i'd be inclined to make up a standing order to make sure that £50 does come out of your account cos its so easy to say "i'll put in double next week" but it never works like that. just be careful mate!! i'd say no and just save ya money till u can afford it!

dont do it
i said i would pay it off before the interest free ran out but found myself adding a tenner here and there on it. if you dont have one, stay out of debt, im only in £1400 but think of the others who are worse off
