Anyone ?

Im seriously thinking about selling my decks and getting some CD decks,

Now i never even thought i would think about doing this plus i always thought it was cheating (apparently its easier) but if i was to get some and sell the decks i would save an absolute fortune on tunes (download them and burn them to cd)

Now does anyone have some ? any hints tips advice or links to cd decks for sale appreciated

Clicky

I'd only get some if they're the high-end ones with the platter-feel to them. Personal choice though

CD Decks are ultimatley easier to use, however you have a few downs with them, as you know, it's easy to pull a vynal back to the beat and que it up and stuff, where as a CD Deck (unless you get a shit hot pair) has to be skipped and paused and jogged to the beat, then cue'd... and if you don't get the hang of it then it can screw you up... if you need to do a quick cheeky mix on vynal you just whipe it off, stick the needle on and get the beat, CDs have to be skipped, paused jogged and cue'd...

So unless you are good at thinking under pressure I'd stick to Vynal... other plus points to CD decks though include sound quality and easy access to tunes... be super for bedroom Jocks.

Nope, I've actually had th pleasure of using a set, ever since I saw them I though, fuck all the rest, every DJ needs a pair of these!!.... to prove it find the trailer for them on the Panasonic website, the trailer is a tad moddist and they are about 150% better than they try make out compared to your regular CD Decks!!!

The top even spins and acts like a vynaly record!!!

which would you go for inbetween a
allen and heath xone 32 and a Pioneer djm 600?

My friend who dj's is wanting some decks for his bedroom as he keeps his decks at work (denon dns-5000, djm 600, 2 x vestax pdx2000)

He''s got a denon dns-5000 at home and he has just bought this
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=5799736413&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWN%3AIT&rd=1

so he now needs a mixer but doesn't know if the Allen and Heath is better than the pioneer????
