Im getting a numberplate for my 18th Birthday and i was wandering once i purchase it from newreg.com how long does it take for me to put it on my car and what are the things i have to do so it can go on my car ?

i know there is a transfer fee...

Is there anything else i will need to change?

buy it from DVLA and avoid transferr fee

ooooo its £250 on there instead of 367 on new reg cheers dude ?

So how long does it take to transfer over etc ?

mine took about a week for the documents, then i went to DVLA centre with documents etc and they did it there and then, then i went to halfords to get plates made up

ps - dvla DONT charge anything more then the price on the plate, and make sure its a W reg or older plate
