I was under the impression the heads are the same? and the cams are the same too, its the c16xe and x16xe that are different with the c16xe having a different exhaust cam!?

c16 has larger head ports allegedly aswell, or so the bloke who bought the engine out that corsa gsi told me. said it makes a difference as he was wantint the c16xe for a rally car

the c16xe is a different head really, sbd say it has larger valves and a better exhaust cam.....

Nope Lotus helped the c16, x16, and x14 engines, they also helped with the c14se, and the c and e16se (nova sri, gsi and gte engines)

Cosworth built the castings for the 20xe and 20let heads.
