HELLO.

As alot of you may know I'm an early bird when it comes to going to work, I normally do the 7am till 3pm shift so I can get away from the office and enjoy a nice part of the day at home in the sunshine...

However, this means getting up at 5am which is a major ball ache.

Lately I've ruined myself, I've been getting a max of 7 hours sleep every night and it completely fucks me up, so my question to you is how much sleep do you get on average every night?

Also how does the lack of sleep affect you?

I get between 3-5 hours during the week, up for work between 6-6.30am and work till around 8-9pm.
At weekends i get about 6 hours.

Had a problem sleeping for around 3 years now and it affects me quite badly

When i was about 16-17 i used to sleep for about 4hours a night and never be tired, i used to get back in from a night out about 3.30, go to bed for an hour, then get up at 5 to get ready for work and be there for 6...
I generally have about 6hours/night now though, i sometimes have 8 at weekends, but only at weekends and even then i feel like im wasting time where i could be doing something!
