u will go to court and get anything from 6 points to a 12 month ban depends on the court and ur circumstances ie if u need ur license for work and the reason to why u was driving with no insurance...

Justice system in thsi country though you will most likely get a 50 quid fine and told not to get caught next time.

not always a 12 month ban, someone i know just got a 3 week ban for driving a car which wasn't his and wasn't insued on.

nope didn't even get 10 else he'd be on a ban.. hes not even been driving a year.. he got a hefty fine tho
