Has any body had this done or seen one done ??
Was thinking of having it done to mine, saves using back to black every time i clean it. I think it'll look ok on this car

yeh by a body shop, and the arches.
So they'll be shiny black

i think it'll look ok, looking into getting some sideskirts, seen a veccy gsi bumper not sure if that will suit it or not tho :s

Could just keep on top of it and buy some decent bumper shine!

how mine used to look:



Nearly got GSi skirts painted black to fit in but decided to colour code instead!

Looks good red and black if its done properly i just decided mine wasnt right

If your gonna spend the money getting them painted i'd get them done same colour as the car!

just use plastic dye.... and reguarlly keep on top of it with bumper/vinyl gel

naw dont, there be very little difference in doing it and doing ordinary bumper and black arches with back to black or something

i've tried everything on mine apart from a heat gun. they are still half grey half black.
What actually works?
back to black doesn't,
autoglym bumper care didn't
boot polish didn't

Go for it, smooth the bumpers, use filler primer then send the archs etc.. into the bodyshop n get them a nice gloss black, would make the acr look mint and shiney!

Ive got black bumpers now and they look smart as fuck but my car is booked in for the 30th september to get them all sprayed red and colour coded as im going euro.

yeh i would colour code the bumpers but paint the arches and top of the bumpers black
