might mean you actually get the Degree but not to a certain standard , like an unclassified degree?

I guess it means that its just not an honours degree. So its just BA instead of BA (Hons). You still graduate but without "honours" and any sort of classification.
I got a first in my business degree

hmm ok basically they said i have Graduated with a 2.2 on a unclassed/ordinary degree... the thing is even if i do the 3 retakes i still have very little chance of improving the overall grade from a 2.2!!!
so is it worth me doing the retakes or settling with the 2.2 unclassed?

Hmm how can you get a 2:2 if you failed 3 modules, thats a bit weird? Surely if you retake you might be able to get a 2:1 with Honours. A non (Hons) degree is pretty useless, you are better off getting a third with honours.

they said i will be awarded a "Ordinary BA Business with Marketing"
even a normal Ba degree at 2.1 is pretty useless nowadays, its all about experience nowadays...

Most employers want a minimum of a 2:1 to get considered for jobs, experience counts, but companies want to see you have made the effort at uni.

yes this is very true... however im currently working at Tesco doing night shifts for 3 months so far, i am very happy working here, its a great experience and best work environment ive been in so far! and my manager thinks highly of me and since i graduated he has reccomended me onto the Graduate options scheme, were after training i could become a section manager within a year, starting pay is about £21K!!!!
this is the main reason i really dont want to go back to uni to finish of the degree to earn the full HONORS award
working at Tesco as a section manager for 2 years should give me really good experience and look well on my CV when i apply for another job??
what you lot think???

If I were you Id go back and finish the degree, then go back and get onto the graduate scheme and you will have the best of both worlds. I dont think youll regret it, it may not be the easy way but its the wisest IMO
