Nah, not gonna bother with a credit card, they are more troublw than what they are worth... at least this way the money goes before I get any sort of chance to think about spending it, best option even though I'm gonna pay a few quid more, but heyho, what can you do.

Bit overpriceda in't it Pug?
Mine was 600 and it's not a lot worse than that. HAs an X700 128mb graphics card half the ram at 512 but you can upgrade for 100 and a 1.8ghz amd processor.

Mum is after it though so she can have it and i'll get another one.
Want another SONY one as this one is ace. The Packard Bell one i had was shit. Couldn't wipe all the PB stuff off as they didn't have the drivers on the web-site. Hence i sold it on. All good and well if you know very little about computer but i'm just not into crappy sofware they used.

Yes SONY is overpriced but my computers run 24/7 and they need to last and be given some stick.
There is a few shops to try once i've chance anyway. Seen some SONY ones a couple of weeks back in COSTCO but didn't really look at the specs
