you cant they are ilegal as they are an FM transmitter over a certain strength, you can only get them online as far as i know but i may be wrong!

it basically tunes the ear phone socket of your ipod into a transmitter you can then tune any radio that is close to it (about a 2m radius) to 87.9 (for example as its an un-used frequency) and the radio picks it up and plays the music though it (IE your car head unit). Very clever, very usefull! You can get bad bits of reception when on the move and it can move in and out of the frequency - apparently the digital ones are better though??!??
I need to find an ebay shop that stocks them for next day delivery also - need another one for my hols
