alright folks, anyone got an good bbq party food ideas? Apart from your average sausage, burgers, kebabs, steak, chicken etc anything a bit more alcoholic?

already planning to do vodka jelly melon, but running out of ideas

Dom, get chicken breast, cook, then use a syringe and inject vodka into the middle of it. Chuck it back on for a bit to warm through, and then serve. When you cut into it, you get nice chicken breast with hot vodka dressing

chicken and pork kebabs (cut the meat into small squares and add mushrooms, onion and peppers, put it all onto kebab skewers and bbq) yummm
