rightio, but ive been contacting the european department. And as we're in europe, i was kinda hoping it would be in UK.
i will try this phone device, just thought email wouldve been easier for them, as they could reply when not busy.

There is another UK Distributor in Milton
Keynes for US Kit! Dave from UtopiaAudio (www.utopiaaudio.co.uk). Utopia distribute Powerbass, OZAudio, USAmp and Solid Audio equipment.
Were you looking at buying RE kit or do you have a gripe with them?

As they are the distributor they can do the prices cheaper than CAD. From what I can gather CAD have the exclusive selling rights (internet wise) to the RE kit.
It is worth approaching UK Distributors for kit if you are going to be either competing in DBDrag style events or it your car is going to be magazine featured. Most companies will do the kit at dealer cost price (hense why you are getting it cheaper than the official reseller, CAD, in fact you are probably paying what CAD pay Blade ICE for the kit!) but the will sometimes impose conditions, ie that the car has to be guaranteed a feature, their name is mentioned several times in that feature etc and also if the car is sold on within a certain time of you obtaining the equipment from them they sometimes have a clause for the return of the kit etc etc.

the thing wiv exclusiv selling rights and cad is that it aint cheap, fair enuff they might be the biggest and best aftersales but they are no means the cheapest. and with companies stipulating you cant just run a webstore then it kinda makes the prices high.
