All the buildings have war scars, shell holes, bullet holes, the big wooded area you can see is the Tiergarten and was destroyed by Soviet Katyusha launchers, that whole area saw some of the fiercest fighting of the entire war, Germany was at its knees but she still put up a valiant fight against overwhelming odds.

Its said that 3 million Russian soldiers took part in the Battle of Berlin, and only 90,000 Wehrmacht, SS, Kriegsmarine, Luftwaffe, Hitler Juden & Volkstrum fought side by side to defend Berlin and the Reich.

I been so Bosnia and Albania both sailing

Was in Greece and Corfu sailed over into Albania waters. On the charts there are sea mines got a picture of a guard boat too, quicly turnt around.

When I was in Croatia went to the bosnian border.

Heard AKA 47`s one night, apparently thats how they celerbrate the birth in small villages, climb the local hill and let some rounds off.
Quite frigtening to be honest when you not expecting it.

In dubrvonik there are bullet holes every where from the fucking bosnians

Was told by the locals in a Tavener (pub) the next day.

I really shat a brick, there are lots of ruins still so its quite eerie any way.

Was louder than any firework, and much higher pitch than thunder so its really aggresive sound.

It frustrates me that the soldiers fighting the Americans and British gave up so easily

There were nearly 300,000 that surrended at one point in March or April 45 in West Germany, think about it even if they only had 1 round each they could have really made a huge dent on the Russians in Berlin.

90,000 held them for 3 weeks, even when the final surrender came on the 8th May the Russians still had'nt taken the area around the Fuhrer bunker, but had take the Reichstag! Thats how small the area was, it fasinates me.
