Almost..

I spent yesterday afternoon trying to sort out a dent in the rear panel. Got a quote from a local bodyshop who said the panel couldn't be repaired meaning a new one + fitting & labour so was looking at around £400 of which I don't have and since suddenly braking for another road user to crash into the back for an insurance job isn’t an option I had a go meself

Used a suction cup then hammered from inside which resulted in an improvement but couldn't sort one part out after a fair bit of hammering and a few kicks. I'm thinking of getting a heat gun then trying again with the hammer, could that possibably work?

Can you get to the inside?

Whatever you do, don't hammer to hard as you'll get outward facing dents, do everything either very gently or over a large area.

Looking better though.

removed the interior from that side for access.

outwards facing dents don't sound good at all think living with it might be the best option rather than the risk of causing damage.
