just flicking through the channels on tele, and on "challange"  was this, and the obsicale course looked well harder when i was a kid

I've done the assualt course when I was younger for some cancer sponsorship thingy. I won outta the four I was up against twice on the run. I don't remember it being that difficult although I can't remember what time I got.

ye i used tink you had be super fit to do it, just seen it, and its just geeks on it who cant run
