as if you dont tell your insurers that you have points on your liscense. its twats like this that put our insurance up.

the short and simple answer to your question is yes you are screwed more aless

If it was only your car damaged, just repair it yourself. Don't tell insurance. Then first thing you should do then is tell them about the points to avoid this in future.

then dont tell the insurance company about the crash, pay out your own pocket.

Then tell the insurance company you made a mistake and they will charge you a bit more on your premium

If the owner of the wall wants it repaired/rebuilt you'll have to pay for that aswell and hope they don't want to go through your insurance - if I were you'd I'd find out who's wall it is (private owners, council property etc etc) and contact them and offer to pay for it before they come looking for you.
