Basically someone rewrote the code for the pc game to get a scene where Cj is shagging. Rockstar claim the code wasn't there but the bloke who did it says the code was already there he just enabled it or something.

Skinny, it was labelled as MA15+ here, which means a 16year old may purchase this without a parent present, however, an AO rating is needed if the game warrants the need for over 18's.
