Got middle bo fitted and what a difference sounds 100x better, a nice rumble throaty sound now not raspy at all....

also got gearbox oil and flush , oil and filter change

And fitted a under bonnet liner fitted too....

Really want the tappets sorted now...

reading haynes manual it's too big a job for me I reckon, removing head, draining coolant fitting new gaskets etc ..

how much would somebody take to do it you reckon????

anybody fancy doing it for me

adam told me how to do it a while back but I canae mind...spoke to bro in law and he doesn't think head or tht has to come off..

going to get back to me tomorrow

Mav it would be easy. All you would have to do is slip belt off cams, rocker cover off. Then take cams out and change lifters. Could be done in a few hours easily....

yes its fairly straight forward, head doesnt need to come off
