Well...to cut a long story short, I was booked in for August 21st, paid £300 deposit upfront, and at no point was I told it was non refundable. I then had an accident and smashed my car up and now need the deposit refunded, but they say its non refundable. They are no longer based at their premises in hertford anymore due to complications with the landlord, and have moved to somewhere in Essex now. I have U2U'd Rich many times, sent a letter, tried calling but have had no luck. Rich is a genuinely decent bloke and not one to rip people off, but I have no chance of getting my money back now. Rich is now just ignoring my U2U's so I will be seeking legal advice and taking them to court. I have all email correspondence from them, all with dates and times etc. I know its not much, but its the principal of the matter really, its £300 of my money that they have taken. Best thing is to U2U Rich S on here as he logs on most days.

They are still in business, building themselves up again at their new location, their based near Harlow, Essex now but man is it hard to find  only found it as on the phone to Rich all the way there haha
Best thing is to u2u rich on here.
