I've just reset your password and logged in myself and its completely fine, popup opens and inbox is there. Last message was read 22nd of this month so it has been working?
If the popup doesn't open then this is a security setting on your computer which is not the end of the world as you can go straight there by web address then bookmark it or something to have access.
If going straight there doesn't work then this is a problem with you not getting the page, or getting an old version of the page, both of which are usually to do with your ISP. Do you have any success going there from a network other than BT?
I appreciate that you want to use it but this is not a problem with CS server.
Make sure if you're going straight there the web address either contains www or doesn't contain www depending on which one you use, ie.
http://www.corsasport.co.uk/board/
http://www.corsasport.co.uk/board/u2u.php
http://corsasport.co.uk/board/
http://corsasport.co.uk/board/u2u.php
As cookies do not filter upwards and if you are logged in to www it will not work without. Opposite works though so
http://www.corsasport.co.uk/board/u2u.php
Should always work.
Try as many computer as you can get to also and see if you can replicate the fault on another BT computer or of course get it working and see what is different.

open up IE goto tools > internet options > Security > Custom Level change it to medium low, then hit reset.
Then goto the privacy tab and move the slider to medium

I've used BT Yahoo broadband -- works fine on my account.
You're using the same versions of Internet Explorer as a few other people on here so it can't be that.
