finally got rid of my 1.2 8v

bought this 1.4 16v sri for £1400. put kit on it, 17s etc, no comments like "big silly bumpers" please, this isnt a thread for boring old farts with standard cars that are quick !

sideskirts are being fitted asap, then in a couple of months lowered !

what you guys think ??

thanks jambo - its merseyspeed front, jozza lights came with it mate, and its each to their own with them - personally i liek lexus ones.. not guna be put off because chavs buy them also lol. thanks fox_e_lady

you want peoples opinions dont you are do you just want everyone to post positive things about your car?
personally im not into after market body kits but thats my opinion which im entitled to!
each to the own!!

no, theres guna be negative comments about a car on here whatever it is, but ive had enough of comments on kits, not really a fan of standard looking cars with big engines, spoils modifying imo. most of you forget what its like to be young, we cant insure the fastest cars, so we get what we can and make it look good !

not selling, its fast and a nice car. side strips = always a bit dodgy taking them off due to possible different paint colour, so im not sure on them yet, btw - only had car about 2 weeks lol

i understand what your saying i was saying for example im a fan of standard cars with standard kits on eg pug gti, corsa gsi, ctr etc

I always get people slating my car, but you will always get that. That's why i rarely ask people for oppinions anymore, because i take them too seriously lol. I have learnt that if you love your car how it is, thats all that matters! Just be happy with it. There are people that pass you that will look at your car and hate it, and other's that will love it, thats always the way with any car! The only person you have to please with your car is yourself. In my oppinion though, i love it, especially the 'big silly bumpers'

and lexus 'chav' lights

and i am also a fan of big kitted cars

thanks, yeah i dotn mind different opinions, but some comments wind me up, as you say, and i take them to heart when i shouldnt really be arsed. glad some of you like it though. thanks for the comments

nah ive already had the bad comments, had that kit on last car, and have already had 20 thousands lectures from old farts on "big silly bumpers", you must admit after a while the same comments will get tiresome?
