this is the problem with companys who think they specialist because they are monkeys with a spaner set, its a drop-outs job, and occasionally they start their own company

resulting in a wide boy director

To be honest the kid deserves it, hes gone on a one man vendetta! You can't keep prodding and expect no reaction for ever....

The Problem with Cossvaux (in my eyes and from what i have seen)

Will is a Awsome Bloke who knows his stuff when it comes to Vauxhalls and working on them, BUT i think hes eather finding it hard or dosent know how to run a company, IN my eye i recon its hes finding it hard as hes doing everything in the shop (one man band), working on the cars, ordering parts, sales etc etc
In the past Cossvaux was doing well when Will had all the staff in and he could do the running of the company, and let other people do there jobs.
Ever since he sacked everyone and went on his own the complaints have become more and the Name/Company has start to go down hill.
I think Will has got himself in a mess and can not seam to sort himself out....

I can not see Cossvaux going under/Bust as there not a big place, 2-3 staff and the work unit is Wills house aswell, so there out goings are very very low.....

No Matter what has happened in the past there is no reason for a reaction like that, as at the end of the day the customer is where your money comes from, and if you havent got any of them your havent got anything.
This can only be BAD for Cossvaux as there only advert is on the internet and word of mouth, this could of destroyed all there future Buisness........

Well my observations based entirely upon that thread and beardys comments alone.

Its very hard running a business by yourself, unless you have done it you have no idea. The stress levels can be very high.
However that is no excuse for his outburst towards a customer although i can see that have your name dragged down on a website when your bursting your gut to do your best would be somewhat testing.

I also feel that the right thing for Will to have done is to have made a public apology on that thread or else denied it. But just the one post and made sure he didnt get dragged into an argument.
To ignore its is not only seen as an admission of guilt but is also very cowardly.

i have had to start legal action against cossvaux as the goods we ordered 9 weeks ago have not turned up and they are not giving us a refund as we can not get a reply from any emails of phone calls!
To be honest the guy needs to sort him self out if he wants to stay in business as i know he is in deep shit at the moment!!
