can someone explain to me about Ohms,and what running subs at 1,2,and 4 ohms is all about?

how do you know how many ohms your sub is running at...

its not really a case of what its running at, its resistance (ohmic value) is determined by its internal coil. Its normally printed on the magnet.

Or just stick a multi meter on the terminals.
