seen this guy twice now, (both times inthe same smelly mustard yellow shirt) with a we camera taking pictures of random passing cars!
first time was at the wee bridge that goes over the burn between st andrews primary and the college, second time was at the bottom of manse rd on milingavie rd, jsut standing there, was guna stop and ask him what he was doin but i was late for work

Anyone know what hes up to? or is it just me that see's him

nope not me I don't have a wee camera nor do I own a smelly mustard T-shirt. although unless he actually chatted to the guy I fail to see how he can tell if it's smelly
