right working in MS Word XP

i have a hyperlink that i dont want to be a hyperlink.. i just want it as normal text.. but nothing i am doing is changing it to a normal line of text

highlight the text.. right click... remove hyperlink ?

im a helper monkey just like matt

fix PCs, laptops, printers, do admin stuff and answer helpdesk calls..

widespread knowledge me


they wont let me touch the servers yet.. i might set them on fire somehow

If its a hyperlink you can remove on the right click menu somewhere. If its just formatting like one, use Format - Font to just remove everything.

Either that or cut it and paste special - unformatted text.

IT engineer and you don't know how to:

a) change default directory word/excel looks in to open files
b) remove a hyperlink
