Considering an Astra Coupe Turbo for my next car. I've just seen a 888 for £500 more than the Turbo I've been looking at -- figured it might be a sound investment (my mileage will be low so I think the resale value should stay quite high considering there's only 100 of these about).

What does everyone think?

yeah gof or it, 500 is worht the nicer kit u get iwht it and the rarity of the car

Yeah I think it's a bit OTT, but I think the car just about gets away with it.

Really love the fact I wouldn't have to miss my Sparco's

they made 100 - but there are less than that now - I know of at least one which is no longer with us!

I'd go for it - trim options are very good - and its that little bit more exclusive than a standard astra turbo

wise buy for £500 more over the standard coupe turbo Tim. They do have some build quailty issues namely the fibreglass kit but they will certainly hold there money well compared to a standard coupe.

Extra power is becoming cheaper now for the Z20LET so you could get a healthy 270+BHP easy enough for decent money

slow for what they look like and supposedly are, they should have uprated the engine for the 888 version
