How come we don't get cars like that over her ? 
I was looking on a US Honda Owners Club, and in thier for sale section, half of their car were Tuned Turbo'd V-Tecs pumping out some silly amount of horses.
shame we can't get more cars tuned, and running that fast over here.

TBH, I was that Civic must be running a ridiculas turbo, you can see it once it spins up the rev counter just goes 180 degrees.
Wonder how much the skyline was pushing, the civic also seemed to be calling the shoots, he always went first.
Other than that, it still a bloddy fast car.
