I don't put weight on, eat like a pig too. Only proper food i get is when i go back home.

Wonder if the chippy is still open?

tuna and pineapple salad? fruit? soup? big glass of water? All things ive been substituting for crap food and ive lost 12lbs in the last 4 months without that much effort
