and induction kit. (plan on making heatshield)
removed secondary air pump aswell

was thinking of some arp rod bolts, remapped with a raised limit?

Head work? ARP rod bolts and SBD metal idler pulleys, change stem seals, relap valves, get a 3-6 angled cut on the valve seats , definately change the lifters, head pressure tested skimmed and maybe new valve guides,

£400 mark for head wor, there is a guy on mig called gary i think and he does ported and polished heads his work is meant to be spot on and he is quite cheap.

ARPs and idler pullys should be around the £80-100 mark iirc

replacing lifters, valves guides, re-seating valves is a bit OTT for that spec, but worth thinking about if the head is off and getting ported/polished....

ARP's from SBD will be 90 quid.... think the rollers/idlers will be 50+

best next mod would be larger bore exhaust manifold and UNICHIP

So u reckon exhaust manifold and get it chipped first
then maybe arp's rollers/idlers and raised rev limit?

no....

exhaust manifold, rod bolts, idlers then mapped with UNICHIP, not chipped

no point mapping it for high rpm if its not safe to take it to that rpm yet

also worth considering the idea of mild cams...... 256 to 264 will be o (will loose a bit of idle control) .... they will really set the higher rev limit off.....

Also.... go for mantzel inlet over lexmaul.... much better topend gains

loose the lexmaul, fit either a Mantzel, Dbilias (sp) or a velos inlet as they have slightly better gains
