how do i tell my boss 'he is a dick and his company is sh1te and if i dont get a proper marketing job and serious pay raise im walking' in a nice way, not a Natz way?
I have a list of issues to rant about, but want to do it with out them saying 'do one!'.

If she does say that, then she has the perfect excuse to leave. When going for a job interview she could also give the excuse I stated earlier, and the employer would or should understand.
