Its recently started to concern me that, combined with my poor choice of diet at inappropriate times, my lack of exercise will catch up with me as i get older and im gonna become a fat cunt. Thought i'd have a shot at a few press ups/sit ups see how i get on. 25 push ups and i was fucked, but worst of all, i only managed 30 sit ups, whereas i used to be able to do like 300+ sit ups and 50-60 press ups when i was 15/16 years old.

Its well shocking how unfit I've become. I blame work, I used to play 4 cricket matches a week when I was at school, so far this year ive not played a single match. Same with hockey, not played for years now.

really sucks, so am gonna try do something about it. doubt it'll last long before i chuck the towel in mind!

i find push ups very hard, 10 and my wrists hurt.

Basically what i do now if put my legs on the bed, and do push ups that way, its a little easier and i get to do more and feel its better workout.

Just bought them resistance bands aswell which are good, stand in the middle of the band and do 50-100 reps

I beginning to feel like this too Luckily i don't put weight on

Today i've eaten a sausage dinner from the local chippy, 2 double cheese burgers from Mc Donald’s and a sandwich from Tesco. I'm beginning to think how much i'm spending per month eating this shit. The bird is Tesco was fucking gorgeous.
