just the fact seems to be alot of lorrys, mini buses and vans in are bus lanes :S

this is true, especially for taxis.
They shouldn't be using them, end of. Some buses have cameras in the front to take pictures of offenders.

Depends probably, on the way to Huddersfield taxi's can enter the bus lane too. These are them peak time only bus lanes though.

depends... normally got signs up, up aberdeen they are only bus lanes during peak time.. and at all other times any1 can drive in them

The have times here that you can and cannot use them. They are there for Taxis and Buses.
