there is this lass in my office, she is SOOOOO hot
quite tall, slim, sexy and all that
very posh (well she speaks very posh indeed)
we have been talking more and more, getting to know her a bit.. i know she is single already 
just thinking of the best way WITHOUT sounding like cheese on a stick, how to ask her out on a date...
and no dont ask for pics.. cos my phone makes that stupid camera noise when taking pics.. so i would get busted

Keep mentioning that you are a bit stuck for ideas & you could do with some help shopping. Then casually ask her to have a day out shopping.
If this goes well then you can offer to take her out to say thanks for the help/advice etc

Just take a pic. Make it obvious that you are taking a pic. When she asks why, just tell her you want a pic of her to show your mates and see if they approve of her before you ask her out on a date. She will laugh and you will gain points for humour.

That's why you shouldn't ask her out on a date, but ask her out for a drink. Maybe even invite a few people (but stop them all coming so it ends up just you 2 ) or go out as a group first, then another time after just you 2.
I bet you £50, if you ask her out for a drink like in a lunch time, she'll not say no. (You can pay me at Guildford 24th)
