What is a building society roll number
Is it another name for account number.

It's different to the account number.

My roll number is in the form of ****/*** *** ***.

I think it's just a number to identify the branch of your building society. Contact them, they'll give you it..

Is this for student loans I take it as you mentioned going uni and I got my loan form today with a gap for the roll number too

not very clear is it

I opened my bank today. 1000 overdraft 300 on a car and 200 on another.

I'm with Nationwide who are a building society I believe but I put no roll number on there
