Done entirely on adobe illustrator using Vectors... its taken a rather long time and i still haven't finished, think its coming along quite nicely though wat u think

use the pen tool to create individual shapes for every different shade on the clothing, its all done by hand and each different colour individual.

i used the pen tool, made the shape of the colour in that area, then used the pipette to select the most general colour. then i repeated it over and over and over...

cant you just do a water colour effect in photoshop for the same results? or am i missing the point

also doesn't stuff like Flash and probably the software your doing allow you to import a image and automatically do that!!!!

I used to do that when I used flash with images, you could set the sharpness etc. So you could have a vector based image that was 100% like the original, or semi like the original like yours etc.

the point is i don't use filters or anything its all by hand there's about 10,000 layers its more the skills needed to do it and demonstrating them
