because your obviously downloading from a site that has somekind of script to download them. Just left click to download rather than right click save as..

doesnt matter if i left click or right click save as the problem is the same!!

You can't left click and save as. It is not possible so the problem can't be the same..

Download it and change the file extension from .htlm to .avi, .mpg etc.. depending on the file format
