she just got her Trust Laptop (not her personal one) back from our workshop because she was due for some upgrades...
we then get a phonecall asying she has a problem with it...
some files are missing.. we are like "ok thats fine, what files are missing?"
"oh its my holiday photos, and my ski trip to france"
"and my TombRaider game, i got quite far i didnt want to loose that"
 
so we have put her pics back on.. but kept the game off... silly cow
