Karen got this email and not sure if its just random spam or what
We recently noticed one or more attempts to log in to your eBay account from a foreign IP address and we have reasons to believe that your account was used by a third party without your authorization. If you recently accessed your account while traveling, the unusual login attempts may have been initiated by you.
The login attempt was made from:
IP address: 68.190.191.69
ISP Host: 68-190-191-69.slt-cres.charterpipeline.net
By now, we used many techniques to verify the accuracy of the information our users provide us when they register on the site. Thus, we have established an offline verification system to help you evaluate with who you are dealing with. The system is called eBay PowerSafe and it's the most secure eBay wallet so far.
If you are the rightful holder of the account, click on the link bellow, fill the form and then submit as we will verify your identity and register you to ebay PowerSafe.

Anything at all which invites you to click a link in an email is more than likely completely bogus. The text that is displayed can be completly different to where the link is going, try this Google link:

Imagine the fun people do have when it looks like an eBay sign in page when really its their own web site somewhere, which logs whatever you type in.

You don't have to be a computer nerd.
Surely after every single post "is this a scam" when 99% of them are scams, people would realise.
I had one the other day, when you click on the link it opened up www.wollart.com or something, you don't have to know about computers to realise that's not eBay.com.

I don't expect everyone to spot fraud straight away but you can hover over those links in most software and you'll get the real address.
The kind of thing they're asking for is fairly obvious once you've seen a few as well.
