I cant get my headset to pair with my phone, the manual says to hold one of the volume keys down but it doesnt work, any ideas?

With arm closed.

Hold the multifunction button down untill oval turns solid blue.

Then open the arm


Now search for devices with your phone..


Enter 0000 as passkey.

sorry i got my hs8's wrong, the one i have is the hs801
