tb's and cams and mapping will see you, what, the wrong side of 2 grand and knocking on the door of 200bhp.

thing to remember is, a 200bhp n/a engine will be quicker than a 200bhp turbo engine

I have 198 bhp in my corsa with TB's mbe management, ported head and large bore (2" lol) manifold and straight through exhaust. Cost is high though, at least 3k with mapping.

DTH TB's
264/274 cams
Headwork
ARP's
uprated pistons
DTA/Emerald/Omex ECU
raised rev limit

Prob a bit more than that but that should bag you around 190-200bhp

but to be reliable may need other sundriessuch as

nylon oil pressure relief valve
Double valve springs
solid lifters (the more mental the cam is this will be req)
dry sump kit (if your flush)

and the list goes on properly I reckon you have to spend a good 3K plus mapping. obviously its up to the indicidual how mad you want to go and it can be done for cheaper by cutting corners
